Summertime Apartments

"I am incredibly upset. I haven’t had the most issues with this apartment complex, but this absolutely crosses the line. I had to find out from a neighbor that there were maintenance men in my apartment without my knowledge, without my permission, while I wasn’t home. There was no call, no text, no email, zero heads up. Imagine if I had been in the shower or naked in my room?? That is absolutely unacceptable. Ever since I moved in, I have not had proper hot water. I get 5-10 minutes MAX of good hot water in the shower, and then it very quickly turns cold. I initially did not want to complain as the water is included, but I was informed that the reason the men were in my apartment was because we now have to start paying for water, and they were installing a meter. Once again, another thing I was not informed of. My rating will change when the issue is resolved."

"Overall it is a nice apartment complex, just needs some updating. Maybe let tenants paint the wood paneling a neutral color (nothing crazy) just to make it feel more up to date. However, the property manager is fantastic!!! Very polite, communicative, and just an outstanding person. She was very helpful and made me feel welcomed!"

"The management is awesome. Very easy to talk to. Always very helpful. Maintenance is always on it. Neighbors are very nice. Love the location and access to location is perfect for me. Grounds are kept picture perfect. I also have notices flowers planted . Which is beautiful. Just wish we had some more amenities. I do recommend these apartments."
