Kings Pointe

"Kings pointe seems nice when you are touring but please don’t be fooled. We get so much crime here and loud neighbors that over the span of multiple complaints we don’t even get a follow up to pretend that they have tried to take care of it. We have banging all day and night, eggs thrown off the balcony above us, the kids above us pooping right by our balcony and running around naked.. nothing is being done by management. This is by far the worst management I have ever seen in an apartment complex. We have recently had our AC stop working and was told by 3 different people they turn it off seasonally and all apartments do, which is a lie when I consulted by brother in law who has been a property manager for multiple companies. It wasn’t until he spoke with them himself that they finally told us it was broke and we need to open a window. The leaks are terrible, I don’t blame maintenance as much as I do the management of the property.. don’t waste your time and go somewhere else it’s not worth any of the hassle."

"Kevin Price was the leasing consultant that’s been conversing with me. I must say he is AWESOME! He’s super friendly and has a great sense of humor. He was able to answer all my questions and give me some advice with the move I’m currently planning. After meeting with him today, I’ve decided to move forward with this property! "Overall a great experience. It has it's pros and cons, and you get what you pay for. The office staff has changed a few times over the years, but overall I am the most grateful for Stephanie, Ralph (when he was here), Donnie, and Alton. They truly deserve a pay raise. You renew because of the wonderful community here."

"I been at kings cross for 2 years the overall experience sucked the apartments are old things always breaking etc . But this new Staff specifically Kevin & Stephanie have been absolutely great to deal with as I transitioned out. They have remained very professional and polite. They were always super assertive on getting things done whenever I had an issue arise. If you have the pleasure on dealing with them. I’m sure you can agree to what I’m saying. Other than that Kings cross/pointe was not worth the money I was paying."
