"When I first moved to Durham, I started looking for apartments, and Aura 509 was the second community I visited, and I completely fell in love, immediately. The apartments are brand new, the amenities are amazing, and the crew is so helpful and so knowledgeable about the community. Mariye was the leasing manager that guided all my application process, and I only have great things to say about her. She also guided me through the tour at the community. Very polite, friendly, and nice person. I really appreciate all her help during the process, and I can’t wait to move to this amazing community."

"My experience at aura has been nothing less than remarkable! I absolutely LOVE the staff! They are very responsive, professional & always available when I need them. I love how quiet my apartment is & how everything downtown is within walking distance. The amenities are pretty good as well besides the fact that the pool is really tiny lol. "My entire experience has been great so far. I enjoyed my tour and I fell in love with Aura and every member in the leasing office; they are so nice, responsive, professional, and organized. Everything about the prices and fees was clear and transparent. I had some difficulties with the application process but the leasing office, mainly Tiffany and Simba, went above and beyond and worked with me to make everything work and make sure my move happened as planned (all of that while I was out-of-state!). The apartments are nice and new, and I have been enjoying my experience living here so far! Highly recommend."

The level of attention to clients and communication skill from Tiffany (and Simba!) has been nothing short of a pleasant relief.
