"Jan 5: Amazing! Nicole & Gigi are the real ones! I was able to drive on over here, meet these two lovely employees, and was able to tour the apartment immediately! I fell in such a deep love for the unit, the amenities, the staff, and the neighbors who visited the leasing office that I had to apply right away! Thank you so much to all the staff at the Triangle Place because you guys have definitely persuaded me! Jan 8: Called today to request some information on my unit, left a voicemail & was able to get a call back from Nickcora! She was such a pleasure to speak to & was able to send the information I needed! Further showing me that I made the right decision to move here. Thank you again to the staff! ♡"

"I’ve been here since May of this year (2023).. I want to start by saying I loved the apartment and the open space it has specially for a 1bd 1ba and the price isn’t too bad. But as the months go by I’m slowly starting to dislike this place and regretting signing a 15mth lease. They don’t check filters or fire alarm on the regular as they should you have to submit a “maintenance request” and of course they will take their time to come and fix it. My apartment has this weird smell in it that very much giving me mold vibes. I cannot see the mold but I can smell it. There’s no way I clean my apartment every other day and that smell somehow still lingers. My laundry room always have different unpleasant odors as well and if it is mold I’m concerned. They do not keep their breezeways clean and free of trash, they allow people to leave the valet trashcans in the breezeway which become stinky especially if the trash guy do not come to pick up their trash. You pay for pest control but I have not seen any form of pest control to come out here and spray the units. I can go on and on, but please read the reviews before applying (wish I was paying better attention)"

"Pretty sure I made a review while living here and will make one again now that I’ve moved out. If you’re looking for a safe-ish place that’s covered in bugs, this is it. If you’re looking for consistent maintenance, reliable office staff, communication, or follow through, do NOT live here. Even moving out, I’ve tried to contact the office for my security deposit as it has been 3 months (still no deposit since 7/31) and trying to get a simple update is near impossible. Even contacted corporate with no reply. Bug guy commented that everyone had a roach issue, there was always garbage outside my unit, outside buildings are dirty, my unit was not ready upon move in in 2021 and they forced me to move after a month to another unit."

"They don't care about the residents after a month they don't fulfill maintenance orders. They refused to do anything about my water it took them 8 months to give me a new dishwasher They told me they would get me the day I moved in. They only have bad reviews if any good I think they payed people because for yrs they have the same bad reviews and the owners don't care they give same generic response. They should fire the two women that work in office they are hardly there. The maintenance only goes to certain people those females tell them to go to.. they worry more about towing people cars with expired tags than the quality of living. They will charge you for trash that wasn't collected they charge you and expect you to pay but they will not fix anything. Terrible place. They have Roaches and I asked the exterminator about this place and he said they refuse to pay for them to spray whole building instead of individual apartments. They only come on Wednesday and we still pay every month for them even if they don't come but they will not pay For fumigation of the apartments to get rid of them. Since I been here day one I seen Roaches. The manager is the worst she refuses to be a good person nasty attitude and will blame the tenant for the apartments being bad. They will charge you for anything. Tries to charge me 100$ for my trash being n a bag outside my trash can. $100 and they show that they will only charge 25 per bag of trash outside can.. wicked place and wicked women that work in office"

"I am moving from downtown Raleigh and have recently toured these apartment homes! The tour was AWESOME and very informational. I loved that they have a playground for the kids. The apartment was beautiful and grounds were well kept. I can definitely see a future living here."
