Forest Glen Apartments

"Forest Glen is a nice apartment community. Well me personally and this is just my opinion. I personally feel that all units should come equipped with washers and dryers for those that can't afford it and are tired of going to the laundromat. Breezeways need to cleaned daily and light fixtures (working) are needed on all floors of each building for safety reasons (concerns) and the property itself needs a facelift to make the community more appealing and the trash area where the trash is taken needs cleaned daily (regularly) to prevent pests and rodents or whatever else looks by the trash. Lastly grounds need to also be cleaned daily."

"I didn’t receive any service on January 3 but I Received an email It says your last service is completed. What is going on I don’t know."

"AVOID FOREST GLEN: LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH READING •Everyone’s rent was raised by over $675 WITHOUT NOTICE. They claimed that we were “supposed” to be notified 6 months, 3 months and 1 month beforehand, when in fact they were never received by ANYONE. All that we received was a short, vague note stuffed in our doors telling us about this increase 3 WEEKS before lease renewal. •BAD undisclosed roach infestation in entire building. Nothing will get rid of these. We tried every method under the sun. Didn’t notice large roaches outside of building until after moving in. •They will throw away your outside property (mats, decorations etc.) after power washing if you’re not home to move your stuff. •Maintenance requests are useless so don’t bother. We have notified maintenance of roof /water damage multiple times, they never showed up. •If you HAVE to stay here and have no other option, avoid building 200. Top floor neighbors are very loud and arguing 24/7. There are multiple kids in there and a couple that seem to have domestic violence issues (cops called). •Obvious drug deals weekly in parking lot. (Not a racial thing, I am a biracial woman). If you know, you know. •AVOID Forest Glen all together and keep looking."

"This property lacks daily maintenance. Look at how dirty the stairwells are and the bushes! The overall buildings are terrible and the grounds are worse! Is this what residents are paying for? Residents need to stand together and get the news station out there!"
