"Don’t have guests over as there is no visitor parking, only like 10 lined areas and if they are parked along the street the chances of getting either towed or your car broken into are HIGH. I’ve had my car towed twice to a location 30 minutes away and didn’t even tell me it was towed I just found my car missing and then had my back window smashed and broken into. Leasing office won’t do anything and security never sees anything as I’ve heard of a couple other people also getting their windows busted and it continues anyway."

"I lived here for two years, and planned on signing my renewal lease. I missed the deadline as they moved it up 2 months from the previous year. They did send emails to remind the residents but they also sent junk everyday like “how are you liking aspen” or “mental health checkup” emails so they are easy to miss. They gave away our house and let someone sign the lease without reaching out, no calls no texts no personalized emails, nothing. Decent facilities, poor management. the gates are broken 90% of the time, and their towing company are POS’s"

"parking here is terrible! all the spaces are compact and my car which is not a big car at all and I would consider it to compact barley fits. When every space is taken up you have to squeeze between two other cars that may/may not also be compact you can barely open your door. When going to class in the mornings I have to put my backpack in my truck because I can’t get inside the driver door with my backpack because my door barely opens."

"I love living here! Very nice apartments and townhouses with nice and clean interior that you can’t find at any other apartment complex in University City. The Aspen team finds ways to connect with residents and they offer really fun events and amenities. Definitely renewing my lease!"

"My car had a residence sticker and was slightly parked over one of the white lines as all of their spots are compact and won't fit all of the residents. They then towed my car 30 minutes away with no notice, to a sketchy shed where I was required to pay $330 IN CASH to a very rude individual who kept changing the price. One thing I've learned living here is they don't care about their residence and will throw you under the bus for any extra $$."
