"THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY MUCH INFESTED WITH GERMAN COCKROACH. THEY SAID THAT THEY SPRAY AND BOMB, "DID THEY REALLY" HOWEVER, THE ROACHES ARE STILL ON THE WALLS, GOING IN THE VENTS AND DIGGING IN THE RUGS. THIS IS ON PINEVILLE AREA. A MUCH BETTER AREA THAN MOST PARTS OF CHARLOTTE. THIS IS REALLY A SHOCKER TO ME. IM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED.SHAME ON THIS COMPANY.."

"Omg! I am so excited about moving into my new apartment (hopefully I’m approved) I met with Stacy to take a tour of the property. She was so professional and ver informative and ensured me I would love living here. The entire staff was such a joy to converse with! I cant wait to move in and start my new journey, especially knowing I’ll have a great leasing team to provide my living services!!!!"

"I went here to apply for an apartment I found online , and it looked pretty decent but when I got there , the service was horrible. The office staffers are very rude , and ignorant (Stacy & Shaunique) … I paid for my application and did everything I was supposed to do. Afterwards Stacy took my application but I don’t think she really reviewed it. She also had me send over documents but kept acting as if she didn’t have what she needed. Then she also lied about me not making 3x the rent. She told me she will email me if I got approved or not. But I never got that email. I called the next day 3x no answer , I also left a voicemail the following day (Shaunique) no answer or no call back. Then I called again but I had dial a different number jus so I can get through and Stacy answered. She told me that I got declined that same day ! Never got a call , never got an email. And it felt so embarrassing when she told me over the phone and I’ve been trying to get an answer 3 days now jus to hear her say that ! She said I got declined because I was $40 short of the 3x rent which was a lie ! She must’ve did her math wrong because I made well over the 3x rent. Anyway the fact of the matter is she was still supposed to let me know and I shouldn’t have to be trying get in contact with them (which was so hard) especially when I paid for the application. I wasted my time & money over nothing. I’m hurt by this and I’m very upset & disappointed because I really was depending on that apartment…"

"So i scheduled a tour for a Sat. No issues until pulled into the complex. Those 2 photos of the trash bin was my first impression. I hate my own apartments but it wasnt this bad. But anyways, when i went in a lady told me they dont do tours on Sat. So you mean to tell me i just wasted me time? “come back M-F” yeah ok"

"Despite the bad reviews I wanted to give this place a shot. I went to view an apartment and found it charming, everything was all good… up until the application process and having to deal with the office staff. The replies are slow, I’ve had to resend documents multiple times that were already submitted. This process I was told is quick and yet I’m still waiting of which will now be going on for a total of almost two weeks if not more. It takes less than 24 hours they said Well It’s been over 120 hours. Constantly having to call to hear back. Calling because I want to know if my new home is possibly ready. Having all the documents submitted I called again to verify. It was verified. I was told “You’ll hear back today for sure” but obviously lies or poor service. I hear nothing all day Thursday… now today frustrated, I walk into the office come Friday just before 03:30 PM (the office isn’t closed until 5:30). I asked to speak to “Stacy” to check on our approval process… what do I hear? “Ooo… you literally just missed her. She just left” “you’ll probably get a response Monday”. I’ve put in my application since last week. It’s been a full 5 business days after the day I submitted and the weekend… NOW I have to be delayed again?? Another 48 hours to HOPEFULLY hear back? That’s ridiculous. I’d rather take my business elsewhere despite how much I really, truly loved the home they showed me. I’m literally trying to find a home. A place of comfort. I thought I could find that here but obviously they’re not interested in new tenants and/or accommodating them."
