"This use to be a hotel. We moved in when they has finshed the "renovation" in 2021. Since day 1 no a/c in the apartment. We called and put in multiple request orders and no maintenance person ever fixed it. After 1 year with no a/c or heat we moved out. The laundry room was always messy, the pool never opened, residents will steal your car, management never answers phone calls or emails. The only pros were the trash valet, mailroom, and gym. But overall my leasing term was stressful and uncomfortable. I thought because rent was higher then my last apartment, that the leasing staff and area would be better but lesson learned. Just because you pay more doesn't mean better. By the looks of these reviews the place has gone from bad to worse. 0/10 recommendation."
"Management is nonexistent. I’ve never seen a leasing office with a higher turnover rate of staff. If people can’t stand to work here, just imagine what it’s like to try an live here. This complex is desperate, while seeming kind and welcoming before they have your money, once they have it, the hospitality plummets. I’m not sure who is investing in this apartment complex, but given the state of things, it seems like they don’t even have their own personal finances in order. I lived here 14 months and I can honestly say I haven’t met even one tenant that doesn’t hate living here. My fiancé and I’s lease was violated countless times and maintenance was never available, I had to fix everything in this apartment when it went bad out of my own pocket. I honestly would not be surprised if this place gets sold off or crumbles under lawsuits and code violations. No availability amenities in the club house, no working A/C, Heat, questionable hiring and staff, and crackheads roam the parking lot all night. We spent and entire 14 month lease waiting for the pool that we pay for to open and it remained a green cesspool of bacteria and pests, a good description for this place is a dump with no redeeming qualities. LOOK ELSEWHERE."
"I paid for an application which cost $265 to see if I could be approved for an apartment. I completed and paid for my application on the 12th of October. Today is the 12th of November and I still have yet to hear anything. I’ve even checked my portal and the application is still pending. There was nothing pulled on my credit. I called over 3 weeks ago, and was told that I had to wait on the manager to return because he could not see if my application was pulled. To no surprise, the manager never called me back. Since then I have been calling for weeks and no one will answer my calls. I’ve left emails as well. Basically long story short, I’ve been scammed out of almost $300 that I am now going to have to go through my bank to see if they are willing to dispute the charge."
"My apartment has been at 85 degrees for the past two weeks. My bedroom has no light. I’ve had these work orders submitted for weeks now. This company shouldn’t be managing any apartment complex. They’re never in the office because they jump from one complex to another. And when they are, they are useless. You’ll regret leasing here so please DO NOT!"
"I applied to these apartments a couple of weeks ago was denied. Cool. No problem. However I paid $265 which was suppose to be the application fee & admin fee. I was told if approved it would be applied to my acct. If not approved I would be refunded $200. When I ask when I’ll be refunded I was told I would be sent a check in 4-6 weeks. They said the check was coming from corporate. I asked for corporate information and haven’t received a response. There’s no way it should ever take 4-6 weeks for a refund and I shouldn’t get it in a check form it should be refunded back on my card."
