"Do not move here. This is the worst place ever and the worst management ever. Wish I could give 0 stars if I could. When we first got our apartment there was trash and dead roaches all over the floor. They were supposed to clean it up when we toured the place already but NEVER DID! So we had to eventually clean up the place and take out the trash ourselves. The whole places was infested with roaches..It was not livable..it was impossible to cook with roaches crawling all over the counter and dishes. They had stopped responding to our requests for things. Not only that but our finale straw was when our place was shot up. Bullets went through our front door, bedroom window and through our closet. The police showed up and we emailed the apartment. Never once received a response from them. We kept on emailing/calling them that we will be moving out and will pay our stay for the rest of the month. They took our security deposit and we are still getting calls from debt collectors that we still have a balance to pay. Mind you they never once responded to us and still haven’t."

"I have lived here for several years. It is cheap to live here but in the end comes out being expensive. Management keeps trying to find ways to make extra money off you. Like trying to charge you extra for renters insurance when you already have it. You'll notice the extra charge added to your rent repeatedly. The last straw I had was waking up to having a boot put on my car. My car had the Townes place parking sticker. They didn't warn anyone so from one day to the next you were illegally parked and they victimized there own tenants. They did this even though your car was registered with the renters office. Stay away from this place their thiefs."

"Denise is the absolute greatest. Her assistance and support is a great asset to this community. I have lived here for a while; it wasn’t until I met Denise that l felt like anyone on staff actually cared about the people who live here. This complex would be a complete mess without her!!!"

He took the matter seriously & stating the issues would be addressed immediately. After speaking with him l left feeling supported & secure that the concerns would be addressed."
