Blu at Northline Apartments

"I took a tour with Keymarie (so sorry if i spelled it wrong) about a week ago. He was so well Informed about the property and had a personality that instantly made me want to apply for these apartments. During the tour he told me so much about the apartments and showed me a very nice unit. The only problem I had was a unpreventable one that no one is at fault for , the apartment I wanted to see was not available to be viewed yet but Keymarie made sure I got to see one of the units available and pointed out all the differences id see in the floor plan I was looking for. i see a lot of bad reviews regarding this place and I think you really have to go tour and see for yourself. The complex was clean and the amenities especially the gym were really nice. The price of the apartments with the luxury features really makes this place stand out. I had a lot of questions and Keymarie never got annoyed with me and answered every question perfectly. He deserves a raise for the tour he gave me like seriously. I will be applying to this complex and hope to join this community."

"I really love living here ! The office staff is sooooo flexible with you as long as you communicate. They try their very best to keep our living areas clean and maintenance team. It’s a big refresher for me and my son because it gives him a stable safe home. Definitely would refer them to anyone looking for somewhere to live ! I think my experience here so far has been great as far as the office staff they are working really hard to make this place a better environment. So I don’t understand the negative reviews the office staff and maintenance team is not here to baby or coddle tenants. I feel tenants should do their part as well by communicating and doing their part it is not the office job to clean up dog feces and smell dog urine on elevators and hallways. The apartment gives the luxury of having your pet here the least you can do is clean up after them it is very disgusting that grown adults can’t do something as simple as cleaning up after yourself that is not the apartment job that is your job as a tenant. Also, I feel maintenance does their best to complete work orders of course it is a lot of apartment buildings so you can’t expect them to get to you quick also if they weren’t wasting time cleaning after adults they could complete work orders in a timely fashion. Be a good tenant and do your part ! I also don’t appreciate the words being used as far as “demographics changing “ I feel that is being pointed towards a certain race and that’s disrespectful white , black , Mexican it doesn’t matter I see bad things from all so regardless of what people think at the end of the day just do your part as a tenant! Everybody needs a place to lay their head at night. If you wanna change the environment of the apartment start by doing your part as a tenant and I see no one doing what they suppose to be doing! Certain breed of dogs shouldn’t be here and they are here , not cleaning up after your pets , leaving boxes and trash in hallways and staircases, etc. None of that is the apartment job or maintenance job maintenance is there to maintenance not clean up after grown adults!"

"Apartment buildings are roach infested. I’ve had to kill a roach nearly every single day since moving here, if not multiple. Trash is consistently left all over the buildings as well as the parking lots. A very heavy police presence with cops in the neighborhood on a daily basis. They have even had to install a police tower in my parking lot. Dishwasher has been broken since moving here, something as simple as a utensil holder for my dishwasher hasn’t even been provided. Gates have been broken since moving here also. Originally selected an apartment unit in the back of the complex to be away from the train on N. Tryon and was moved the day before my move in date to unit right beside the train causing me to hear the train at all hours of the day and night. I have nothing positive to say about my experience. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They charge luxury apartment prices ($1800/month) for essentially what has become Section 8 quality of living."

"Zero stars. My experience has been awful. No one seems to know what’s going on. Maintenance are the worst they don’t fix anything at all... I had a shower leak since I first moved in that was never fixed. Washer stopped working and haven’t been fixed yet… this has been going on for about 6 months now like no exaggeration. Everything time you ask no one around there seems to know what is going on.. just terrible"

"When I moved in to Blu at Northline like a year ago it wasn’t this bad like before, someone break into my apartment and stole my luggage and computers, always issues with cleaning, the gym used to be clean and nice now is a mess, the pool is always dirty and nasty not even wanna get some tanned over there, last night was the worst, my car got shot in the window and they shoot the gas tank, it was a shooting in the resident parking lot, crazy!!! Apparently they were chasing somebody inside the parking lot, the gate is always open so keys are not very useful, carpets are completely dirty and nasty people smoking weed in the elevators, trash all over the place. Please do NOT move over there it’s the worst apartment complex."
