"I loved this apartment when I stayed there but they have refused to give my security deposit back and the company went through three different property managers who were all no help but "could see that my deposit is still there". Also one a tenant in the whole complex took out a closet door and left it in the trash so they did an inspection immediately with less than a 24 hour notice on everyones apartments"

"I love living in this community so far! I did have a few things that needed tending to in my apartment and the turn around time is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance does an awesome job. I love it here :)"

"I’ve not lived in apartment complex in 2 decades but Enclave has made this a great experience! It feels like home when entering the community. Management is Awesome and always on top of things!! Maintenance is very sufficient. There’s not a long wait when needing to have something looked at come within a matter of days. I’d recommend to others as a place to reside!"

"There are no amenities—absolutely none not even a water hose. The surrounding Oakhurst area is nice but it’s not worth living here. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT, DONT EVEN VISIT!!! Management is trash, he just stares like a weirdo…..won’t even speak. Seems like this is his first time doing this kind of work and that’s scary!!! The buildings are dirty in need of pressure washing. This is REM Livings most rundown property and they are doing nothing to improve it."
