"Used to be our favorite place to stay, Jim and James no longer handle the property management it is outsourced to Rabbu. Airbnb still makes it sound like J & J are running it until you book and then you get a link from the third party property management asking for more information and you have to consent to a background check (um, no) even with more than 75 Airbnb stays and a perfect rating."
"We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked another for next month. The location is great for walking to nice restaurants- Fenwick’s has incredible shrimp grits, or pick up some prepared foods at Laurel. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing easy dinners. The screened porch was a perfect spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. 600 Hermitage is such a charming, clean, relaxing experience. I was a bit concerned not to have the conveniences of a hotel...I never realized how much less stressful this experience would be for my husband and myself. We even had our sons join us for the weekend. It made it feel like a real “home”. We could not ask for more in a rental."
"We stayed at 600 Hermitage Court for an extended stay while doing renovations to our home & we couldn't be any happier with that choice. Jim and James are literally some of the nicest, most hospitable and accommodating people you will ever meet. The furnished apartment had fantastic original art throughout, high quality linens, beautifully decorated rooms, modern European appliances, tons of fresh towels, a welcome basket, wet bar with liquor, gorgeous furniture (some mid-century, some modern, all very cool), and a fabulous kitchen. Best neighborhood in Charlotte and safe. Very highly recommended. I actually didn't want to leave!"
"Where to begin!?!? What an amazing two weeks I spent at 600 Hermitage Court with Jim and James and the other delightful guests. Coming to town for my son's wedding - and then pup-sitting while they traveled for their honeymoon - I couldn't have been better situated both geographically but most importantly, comfortably! When my younger son and friend visited, they, too, were blown away by the location, beauty, and comfort afforded them. My son had the chance to meet James and because they had lots in common - he enjoyed that greatly! On my daily walks with my married son's pup, I met many of the neighbors, and because I was there for two weeks, got to know several of them. The neighborhood with the huge trees was just the beginning of my wonderful time there. My accommodations were spot on. There was not ONE THING I wanted for that hadn't already been thought of and provided. I enjoyed meeting John, another team member. Such a delightful man! I whole-heartedly recommend ANY of the many Home Collection furnished apartments when your travels bring you to Charlotte. You will NOT be disappointed."
