"I was wondering if anybody else had problems with getting their security deposit back. I had a few issues with this apartment complex that's why I moved. Now i'm calling and leaving messages and cannot get anyone to call me back about my money it's been almost two months. Not acceptable!!"

"these apartments are by far the worst apartments you could ever rent from! They have no structure and they barely had people in the office to help with your needs. These apartments are also infested with roaches! Then u have to pay high rent and can barely use the amenities here. The pool is green and the clubhouse u can’t even use to your ledger. They want you to pay for trash and u have to carry the trash to the dumpster yourself… it’s definitely no valet trash person that picks up your trash but u paying for it. The lady lizbeth who is over the apartments will threaten to vacate you for speaking your mind. Channel 9 news needs to be aware of the living conditions over here! Residents are paying too much rent to live in filth!"

"This is my first apartment and so far I can say it’s been a great experience thus far. Ms. Millie is the sweetest apartment manager I’ve encountered in my search. She has a pleasant demeanor on the phone and even better in person! She explained everything throughly and made me aware of everything before I signed any paperwork. Even the maintenance worker (I did not catch his name), came bright and early the next morning after submitting a request hours earlier. He was nice, fixed my issue quickly, and with a smile told me if I had any other problems to let them know! The neighbors are friendly and I feel safe walking around. If you’re looking for a place, check it out."

"I love the place were I stat I been over here for 5 years we change management. But I think she is awesome. She gets maintenance to my apartment and they fix it with no problem. The property is cleaned. She understand and very respectful and communication is awesome. Communication is the key to world. And she up to date on a lot of things. I think she should be a keeper. I have renewal my lease and there was no problem. She is a sweet lady. I enjoy staying in parkhaven. Yes I would recommend it to friends. Thanks and have a good evening."
