"Regrettably, my time at this apartment complex was an absolute nightmare. The constant noise from neighbors was beyond tolerable, turning peaceful moments into a daily battle for tranquility. The community laundry area resembled a horror scene - utterly disgusting and a far cry from basic hygiene standards. To add insult to injury, my move-in day turned into a logistical nightmare. The apartment wasn't ready as promised, leaving me stranded with belongings and frustration. And when I reported various issues, it seemed like shouting into a void - none of the problems were addressed or fixed. This experience has left me deeply unsatisfied and frustrated. Save yourself the trouble and think twice before considering this place as your next home. It's an environment that fosters anything but a peaceful and comfortable living experience. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"love the apartment so far but since i have moved in in june, i’ve had several instances where the washer or dryers in the community laundry room not working and the app they use won’t give us a refund. i’ve spent $20 today on laundry because i have to keep starting the dryers over three times due to the clothes being soaking after starting the dryer. they need better washer and dryers for the community to use, or a way to give us a refund when they don’t work. not to mention the prices for doing laundry there has gone up in just a few months for such horrible appliances."

"I would NOT recommend moving here in their "newly renovated apartments" I have lived here for a year now as of October 2023 and I was disappointed on move in January 2023 to find the apartment filthy. On move in date the blinds were covered in dirt and the bathroom medicine cabinet was disgusting (please view photos). After I cleaned the apartment myself, it took no time to notice that the plumbing with the sink was not properly connected resulting in a leak. This leak must have been an issue for quite some time as the underneath of the sink was covered in black mold. When I put in a maintenance request to fix it they did not remove the moldy underlayer instead just put a thin wooden board over it Leaving the mold! After complaining and asking them to fix it, they still left the mold behind just painted over the old board with white killz all. Now it is October and they've decided to renovate the homes! Great, except they took away any sort of cabinet space I did have above my sink for all of my dishes and put in different lighting in the kitchen. I could see in my kitchen before with the old lights and was happy with the amount of cabinet space. Now I have absolutely no where to put my dishes and the construction company that came and did the renovations left all of my dishes in bags, in the living room floor and never put anything back! Which, I don't even know where they would put everything because again, there is no space to put any dishes. I suppose for the next three months of my lease they just expect me to "deal with it" while still paying the full amount. NOT HAPPY."

"I’ve been living here for about 3 years now and under Stephanie’s management the complex has done a 360 ! She is very easy to communicate with and works with you in situations. She keeps to her promises as well nothing but renovating and cleaning up the area which wasn’t bad to begin with. I recommend magnolia terrace"

"I am just now leaving from visiting Magnolia Terrace Apartments. This area is completely stunning and perfect for a move. Working with Stephanie, she provided well needed information and a tour explaining what it would look like as a future tenant. This was a wonderful experience."
