"The actual apartment is very nice. However I do wish there was more security- like a gate to the complex that required a code or locked doors to the individual buildings. There seems to be quite a bit of traffic through the complex, cars playing loud music and taking up the road space (or blocking cars in) while picking people up, and some of that may lessen if it took more to get into the complex. Also just personal safety, anyone from anywhere could walk straight to my door with no explanation/record."

"Hey all! I just want to say this property has been more than accommodating in relationship to maintenance requests, rent negotiation, and life setbacks. The amenities are nice and always functional. The property manager is AmAzing! and easy to work with. I have never had any issues with the leasing specialists they have always been polite and helpful. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. The property was really quite my first year here this second year I see more families with children, so noise is to be expected. I will say with all the new renovations about to take place the increase in rent was hefty. The inside of the apartments are nice. I’m bummed that existing tenants will not get the new upgrades inside the home ( they will happen once they move). Overall great place to live!"

"I have been here for 1 year and 5 months. It was great at first. The people in the office were very polite, someone was always in the office and the responded to the residents need fast. Since the new management has come in, there been a big difference in service. I pay alot of money for this place and can't even get a new kitchen faucet. It's nice that they have updated the outside of the property but what about the inside. It's still a quite area but every now and then you have a problem or too. Oh and the parking is very tight and there predators so watch where you park."

"I absolutely LOVE living at Belle Haven. I have lived here since May 2018 and I have not had any problems. The parking restrictions are a bit strict but I agreed to this when I moved in, so it's all good! The office staff is friendly and helpful. Thr maintenance guys are THE best! They fix my issues in a timely fashion and they are very respectful and professional whenever they come to my apartment. I really love living here"
