"Felicia is the best!! She is efficient, engaging with my dog and hunter likes to come for his appointments because of Felicia. I don’t want to have any other groomer than Felicia and when she leaves I will be heartbroken."

"I dropped my dog off at 11:15 for his appointment for a bath. The groomer came out immediately after he got checked in and took him back and I then left to run some errands in the area. Around 2:00 I realized I had never gotten a call saying he was ready so I went back to the salon and asked about my dog. They told me that he had just gotten into the bath. I questioned and they told me that they “must have had a lot of walk ins”. I asked to speak to a manager and she again told me that the timing was normal and “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I left to go sit in my car and wait on him. About 15 minutes later, I got a text that he was ready. I went inside to check out and then pick him up and he was very upset and growling at the groomer. The groomer didn’t say anything about how his appointment went or anything at all to me. I have been to petco many times for bath appointments and I have never had to wait three hours, nor have I picked him up in the state he was in. The groomer normally lets me know how he was and how everything went and this groomer didn’t say anything to me at all. I am very upset about how much money I spent for my dog to spend three hours in a crate and 15 minutes getting a bath, not to mention how he was obviously mis handled. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any grooming facility"

"They told us our girl was shy so they didn’t clip her nails. Like…yes we know, that’s what we wanted a professional doing them. And didn’t give her a bandana. Don’t get me wrong she is clean and still smells lovely. Just saying , if you pay for a bath don’t do add ons…not worth it."
