"Mr. Lerner makes an effort to run a kept-up and maintained complex at a reasonable price. The staff is responsive and courteous. In 2 years I've had no reason to complain."

"If it weren’t for the vibrations in the floor emanating from neighbors simply walking around in their apartments, (even from two doors down) it would be almost ideal. Management said they couldn’t do anything about the vibrations. There's also a stale funk smell in my apt that has been there since I moved in and no amount of cleaning or airing out the apartment ever gets rid of it. In the 1 BR apts, the bedroom closet is mostly unusable due to the extreme narrowness of it, not being able to walk in and get to all clothes. The outdoor utility closet is too small to fully open the dryer door if you have W/D connections. But, yes, it's quiet and cheap and well-maintained."

"Delane Glen is a great place to live! Conveniently located in the center of the city you can be anywhere in minutes! The neighborhood is very quiet which is nice respite given that it is located in the heart of the city. The staff is great and is always attentive to whatever you need addressed or fixed. Cheap rent, great staff, large apartments with all the necessities makes Delane Glen a perfect place for any resident! Highly recommend!"

"The townhouse I stayed in had mold in it. Mess up my furniture and clothes. They said the reason why my clothes had mold on them was because I had too much stuff in my closet and not enough space between my clothes. They would not replace nothing that got damaged only gave me 200 dollars to clean my furniture. They put a humidifier in the townhouse call there self solving the problem. I wish I can put pictures up here showing all my items that got mold on them. It was so bad the mold started growing on my chairs. Please don't waste your money with these people."

"Me and my husband lived there for a year and we loved it. The neighborhood is so quite ,the maintenance is great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Sandy, Lisa, Zandra, Deniz and all who worked in the office are great"
