He went above and beyond to make our visit a pleasurable one. He stayed late and showed me all around the beautiful community and all the floorplans to meet my picky needs! I did not lease here only because I recently accepted a job 30m minutes away and I did not want to commute but I recommend this place based on the exceptional customer service I received from Philip!"

"Seemed like a great apartment. Unit itself is wonderful. Unfortunately in the 2 months I’ve lived here there’s been two shootings at two separate nightclubs (Mr.C’s and Superstarz). These clubs surround Arlo making it unsafe. When management was asked to step up safety measures afterwards, they declined. Wish I knew the area before we moved"
"Invested $$$ in the Arlo bundle plus 2 additional cameras… again $$$ as a result of an on going domestic incident. Install was not difficult and once I figured how to get them to record when I needed them to record for an extended period. I thought I made a good purchase up until I started having issues where the cameras stopped recording / saving live videos…. along with the base station not connecting to my camera’s. Unable to fix the issues myself, I turned to my Arlo care?* since I’m paying for a monthly subscription. After multiple attempts of receiving multiple services tickets… that go nowhere… from someone in their customer care… which by there hard to understand accents…. is clearly located in a third world country that arlo is outsourcing to! Each time via a script I was walked through the exact same steps with negative results!! End result being…. I now only have a doorbell cam only because I disconnected it from the useless base station , linking it directly to my wi-fi!!! While I was able to it with the one… even though I have the highest quality speed offered me by my provider… it would take away from everything else connected to do the same with the other 4 cameras!!! The kicker is…. after multiple waste of time calls, I am then made aware the I’m not the only one experiencing this issue, and that Arlo…. in a clear money grab…. Issued some legal loophole statement informing customers of a reached extension of life clause… allowing them to make certain products obsolete, and therefore they are not obligated to provide you with working camera services!!! EVEN IF YOUR EQUIPMENT OIS FUNCTIONING FINE! In speaking with customer care* once again, I was advised my equipment does not fall into that equipment’s category due to its manufacturers date and that someone from their trouble shooting team with contact me within 72 hours!? Did not hear from anyone and since it had been over seven days my claim was closed and a new one would have to be submitted!? And so… what I am left with is the appearance of security surveillance around my home! Did I mention I invested all my hard earned $$$ due to a domestic matter!? Thx arlo*! Complete waste of time and money!"
"I have lived here for a few months now and have enjoyed my time thus far. Being right outside of Uptown Charlotte, the location is great. You are able to walk to Panthers games and other events happening in the city. The amenities are nice, including the gym, pool, and leisure areas within the complex. A new property manager took over close to my move in date and she has been very kind and accommodating in my experiences. The office staff is helpful with any issues that arise and also throw events for the residents throughout the year. The maintnence staff is quick and easy to work with for any problems with your apartment. Overall, I enjoy living here."
