"I went to look at this property today, The property manager Belinda, was the Sweetest person so kind and very Professional she made my tour very pleasant beautiful property."
"ChiChi, Nanette were amazing dealing with leasing! Rob is great with maintenance! So far very good"
"I've moved into 1700 place apartments community couple days back and so far it has been a wonderful experience for me. To sum it up in one sentence I would say, Cheechee in the leasing office is a gem of a person and made the entire process seamless and stress-free for me. Right from the day I stopped by the leasing office for a tour few weeks back to the current day she has always been eager to help with a smile. She has been very patient with all my questions/concerns and always gave me detailed information so I could take a well informed decision. Whether it was helping me with the application process as I was travelling or coordinating my movein during the weekend, she has been awesome. The genuineness that she talks with and her caring nature for the residents here that I saw during my appointment tour factored into my decision. I explored many apartment communities in the area but that one factor stood out to me, as any other tenant I would want a genuinely caring person in the leasing office if I ever run into any issues. Talking about my apartment unit, it's a renovated one so everything inside looks and feels fresh. In the community outside, I really liked the controlled access gated entrance for safety and peace of mind. Everything is perfect for me so far."
"From the first day I walked into the Management's office at 1700 Place (and before I even asked any questions about available units), I knew I would be comfortable here. My main take-away has been that there has never been a time when the office staff lost a smile, even while transacting office business. I am very meticulous and notice many details: Maintenance issues have been resolved promptly; The trees are great wind-breakers, and provide wonderful sun shades; Amenities are great, laundry, gymnasium, swimming pool, garbage disposal and collection. My neighbors are very civil, the entire facility is enfenced, with controlled gate entrance, and police patrol on the compound is regular. With that, the rent is surprisingly affordable, for such amenities. I couldldn't be more comfortable here. Need I say more? This is not flatter, you have to live here to understand what am trying to say, and if I have to continue describing this, you may have to be prepared to read a full novel."
"This is a desperate cry for help. I have been in contact with the property manager of 1700 Place Apartments for months trying to get many issues resolved. For almost 6 months my wall has been leaking, causing severe damage to the wall and flooring. Multiple maintenance individuals and professionals have come out to investigate the leak but, no repairs have been completed. I have several watermarks on my ceiling that continue to grow and, I'm concerned that this is also due to another water leak. I have a water leak under the kitchen sink and, I believe black mold or some sort of mold has developed because of it. I have a gnat infestation due to the moisture from all of the leaks. My toilet has continued to run non-stop for months prompting my last water bills to jump from $59 to over $220. I have requested the property manager address the issues but, I continue to get excuses. I'm required to pay for pest control but, no one has come out to spray for the pest. The only suggestions she has provided are do-it-yourself options such as pouring vinegar in a cup and leaving it out to attract the gnats. I have advised her of the issues concerning the toilet leak and increase in my bills and, she assured me that it would not cause an increase. She has not investigated anything. I was in a recent car last month injuring my foot so, I can't make frequent trips to the rental office to discuss this matter face to face. I have left voicemails and emails for the leasing office and Sandhurst Apartment Management with no response. They proceed to open maintenance requests and close them days later, advising the work order was completed however, no one has visited my home. I am dissatisfied with the level of care and accountability the leasing office has for issues they've caused. Emily Wing was advised multiple times that for the safety of me and my small child anyone entering my home would need to wear a mask and shoe covers due to COVID19. She continues to disregard my request and continues to make excuses. Trash is always full to the point where you have to dump trash on the sidewalk. They require you to pay almost $7 to pay your rent online with a debit card. These people are crooks. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my next step is to contact the City of Charlotte and the local news Update: After multiple attempts to have my toilet fixed it was finally fixed. It took 5 months to fix a running toilet causing my water bill to surge. Per Conservice $150 is the amount that 1700 Place Managment agreed to credit back to my account. Might I add my water bill have never been more than $70 a month. For December my water bill due is almost $300. Within a 5 month span I have paid over $800 in just water alone. This is the worst place to live at. I would have preferred the previous management company over these snakes. My lease will be ending soon and I can not wait to leave this hell hole. No one has come back to spray for gnats or fix another maintenance issue that I reported 2 weeks ago. Knowing how crooked these people are I don’t expect to see my security deposit. Corporate is no help so don’t even bother reaching out to them. They never answer the phone but they will respond to your review. What a joke. If I could give zero stars I would."
