"This is hands down one of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in my life. It’s not safe for kids , shootings in broad daylight , they have BUGS , and maintenance will leave you without electricity all weekend. 0/10 would NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Visited a friend who lives there. When she told me how much she pays for rent, I almost choked to death! She pays $1050, which is a ridiculous amount for an apartment built circa 1950 with 3 bdrms and only ONE bathroom and NO dishwasher! Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
