"I lived here in 2020 and the management was amazing, never had a single problem. Every time I needed something done the issue was resolved with no problems. Decided to move back here just for that reason, but let me tell you it was a HUGE MISTAKE! They changed the management and now it’s just a big mess . If you need to talk to them you have to be lucky. They just ignore all the emails you send them . Don’t move here , it’s been only two weeks but I regret it already!"

"The office staff and the policies they use are a disaster. There is garbage everywhere. But if you leave the trash can outside the apartment you have to pay a fine. On Sundays, if you have an emergency, nobody solves it. Pool closed in summer for 3 months. None of the outside grills work. The heating broke and because I'm not at home, they won't fix it. everything is really very unprofessional"

"It took three weeks for them to review and deny my application. I filled out an application on their website for a 6 month lease. Then I was told the website was wrong, and only 12 month leases were available. I agreed to a 12 month lease. After five days I called to check on the status. I was told the leasing manager just got back from vacation and was behind. After eight days I called again. I was told by someone else that the leasing manager was on vacation and would be back next week. That's when I finally realized how shady this place is. On day 13 I was asked to provide more income verification information. On day 21 I was denied. I have excellent credit. So why was I denied? They only accept people with income below a threshold who qualify for workforce housing. Was this disclosed ahead of time? No. Had I known there was an income limitation I could have moved on to another complex in the area. Instead, I've wasted 3 weeks while prices have gone up and fewer apartments are available. I would be very careful before wasting your time and money at this place. I can't imagine how poorly the tenants are treated after my awful application experience."

"I have lived here for almost 5 years! I have enjoyed this community and the quiet environment in this great location since relocating from out of state in 2017. I recommend Providence Court to anyone looking for a move to this area! Love my attached garage and the pretty clubhouse! Has two pools, two dog parks, tennis court, and a great fitness center!"
