"My husband and I found the Kendry through a colleague of ours. Ever since moving in Morelia has been a huge blessing. She is friendly, personable, smart, responsive and empathetic. Any time I have questions about my leasing agreement, maintenance, or Luxer package lockers, she’s right there to help. I’ve lived a few places around town but Morelia is the cherry on top to our leasing experience."

"I love my apartment and the staff! They are incredibly helpfully specifically Morelia! She’s absolutely amazing! Never had an apartment staff be so helpful. I haven’t had any big issues and when I had small ones maintenance came within the hour!"

"Overall the apartment complex is not great. The apartments themselves are nice but very cheaply made. Recently there have been break ins in the parking lot which is alarming. The apartment complex charges people $80 for “reserved” parking what a joke. On top of that this place offers the worst internet connection possible that you are force to get for $65 a month. If you are looking for a place to live near university you can find an actual “luxury” apartment that lives up to the standard, this place is just disappointing."

"I LOVED this complex. I toured with Anna who was very sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. My favorite part about this complex was the gated security entry into every apartment. If I made this my new home I know I would be safe and secure. The gym is awesome as well! Thank you Anna =)"
