Reserve at Stone Hollow

"Please guys RUN AWAY!! Don’t even waste your time or money for your sanity. If I could give -0 star ⭐️ I would. This complex do not care about their residents at all I have had enough. All amenities been CLOSED ALL YEAR. Cars getting breaking into, maintenance do not come fix NOTHING AT ALL, they will lie to you and say they are on the way and it’s not true. Leasing people never on time in the office and always seem to be closed or too busy to talk to their residents. Black dusty air filters and broken A/C units. People with evictions on their door, has been seen being sneaked back into their unit by maintenance after they not suppose to be there. Just a complete joke. The owners need to seriously hired a good management company cause the ones we have had and have now been from bad to worse."

"To keep a long story short, I toured the complex, I relayed that I was on a time crunch, I was told they had exactly what I wanted available, my roommate and I applied the same night, both having to pay the $50 application fee and after two weeks of waiting, calling on multiple different occasions, being told multiple different things, I was told that they didn’t have anything available and now haven’t been back in touch with me to refund me the application fee that I requested. I even went as far as contacting the regional manager and still received nothing back. Monte was very nice, but Morgan was rude every time I was on the phone with him and spoke as if he didn’t have time for my conversation. Do not waste your money on an application here."

"Just came out of the leasing office, and my wife and I felt totally ignored. The person in the front office is missing some manners. We understand that someone might be busy, but seeing this kind of attitude makes it difficult to consider this place as a future resident option. We were looking for an available apartment, and the website still announced the place we were looking for. Taking into consideration what we just saw, I cannot imagine what is to live in this place."
