"Not a safe place. I should’ve known better it’s still the university area. At least 10 cars got broken into this past two weeks! The gate has been broken for FIVE months (despite sending an email that they fixed it) and they are doing nothing about it. No security on site and probably scared to be liable if they put security cameras in the parking garage but don’t worry you’ll still pay for garage access."
"Verde apartment is not a luxury apartment in reality. The staff changes rapidly and that is very telling of how this place operates. I have lived here for over 6 months and so far I have seen garage and stair case floods because of the garbage in the garage. The pool area during the summer time is a hot mess. They allow any and anyone to access the pool area. It disturbs all the residents. I have also noticed that cars are being broken into and management does nothing about it. They claim to have security officers but these are just people who “walk” the buildings, nothing about their job involves them keeping the place secure. I would not recommend someone moving here at all…please run!"
"My girlfriend has been living here for a couple years now. And the maintenance people are so professional and outstanding! I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and immediately called them. They called the Elevator people and not even hours later my keys were found! If you do live here you will be impressed by the amazing service and amenities you’ll be provided. I suggest your guest park by the apartments. (Parallel parking spaces) So it doesn’t risk their car being broken into."
"This is a very average apartment! I’ve been here for quite a while, the quality is deteriorating. The carpets in the hallways are stained and dirty. I know people vacuum them but I have never seen anyone shampoo the carpet. The outside grass is dirty and is never cleaned or maintained. They keep going up on rent. The gym air conditioner is broken. The elevators are always messed up. They force you to pay for valet garbage collection- but their rules are so strict that I stopped using that. If your trash can sits out for a few hours you get fined. I feel like for the way they enforce rules they need to make sure the property is way cleaner. The stained carpets and the dirty elevator areas are just disgusting. To top all of this, the garage door is always broken and so there’s no point of having a garage. You may ask why I’m still here? It’s close to my workplace, I currently am also a student and too busy to move elsewhere and my next move will be my own house!"
"So I moved here about a month ago, and let me warn you you will definitely fall in love with these apartments. However, my car has been broke into twice already. The garage gate has been broke since I moved in, nothing is being done about the break ins and car thefts. Yes car thefts. No cameras in the garage, no excessive patrolling. Nothing. If you look it up on CMPS website you can see how high the crime is just at this apartment complex. Just a heads up to anyone that needs a garage to “Protect” their car."
