"I was leasing with them for a year , they always took forever to come fix stuff. I moved out last month due to all these issues and now I am being charged for a bathtub peeling that was obviously their fault for not fixing it correctly the first time, all I get told is i understand the frustration like obviously not because you are playing with someone’s money! A month before I moved Out I requested a service due to the washer leaking right into the bedroom carpet and it was never taken care of up to my move out date !??? What kind of trashy company are you all ?"

"I moved out of the Vinoy June of 2020. My rent was always paid on time until the day of move out. i informed them 60 days prior and now, 3 years later, they say that I owe them $1300!! For what??? They claim that they are collecting a debt. The staff was always cold, rude, and standoffish. Maintenance was lazy and sub par, grounds were not kept well. Neighbors were very loud and my plants were stolen right off of my patio."
