Alexan Research Park Apartments

"The apartment is beautiful I have enjoyed my stay so far. The amenities are always clean and the overall experience is good. The only issue I have is the elevator constantly being out in building 3. The elevator went out on Thursday and they did not give us a definite date of it being fixed. They told us sometime the following week it will be fixed. For the amount of rent we pay the elevator being fixed should be a priority! When I did my tour I asked how many elevators the building had and the woman told me 2. Come to find out building 3 only has one elevator and I was lied to. The elevator is always out which makes it difficult to get to my apartment. Sometimes people have surgeries, injuries, and unprecedented occurrences that require an elevator even if they are not handicapped. I would have never moved here if I knew the building only had one elevator. Also building one has a nice rug in front of the elevator and building 3 is bare. The tile is actually started to lift in front on the elevator and the building is brand new. We are on day 4 of no elevator and I’m sure there are businesses open that would fix this any day but I feel that building 3 is not a priority."

"I moved in almost a month ago. I absolutely love my apartment and the amenities. The apartment and building is very nice. The move in process was easy and the communication with Kara was excellent when getting everything situated. She was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly! The only complaint I have is the lack of communication with the office since moving in. I’ve sent emails through the portal and direct emails that I used during the leasing process and can’t get responses. Also, people leaving their trash out on days when they know it’s not going to be picked up so it makes the whole floor stink. Other than those minor things it’s a great place to live and clean! Other residents have been very friendly."

"Just moved in and loving it so far. My new home is brand new and everything in it is top notch from the appliances, to the cabinets and floors. I love that you have to have a fob to get in the building, to use the elevator, and access your home. It makes me feel so safe which was a top priority for me. The amenities make me feel like I’m living in some type of resort. Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful with getting me all setup. Kara was great! Thank you so much!!"
