The Bryce

"The Bryce has been my home for four years and it has been such a blessing to call it home. I moved to the Bryce as a newly single mom of 3. The gates offered security from where I was leaving and gave me peace of mind. I moved to the Bryce without much to my name, the property offered a large space for my children to get their energy out, it offered rental equipment for them to play, creeks for them to explore, and a pool in the summer time so that they never felt the strain of hard times or that they were missing out. The Bryce gave us activities in the evenings and special things like Halloween at the Bryce. The office staff became more than apartment management, but friends I know I’ll forever be able to count on. The gym became my second home and because of that space I met people who are now some of my most trusted friends. The Bryce changed my life for the better, and will forever be the safe haven that I will forever consider home."

"Read the other recent reviews. Don’t move here. This place seems to only be getting worse. The gate is always broken… several cars including my previous one was stolen out of the parking lot (of course there are no cameras) and they expect people to register cars for permits and visitor parking. Parking is randomly enforced and it is a nightmare to deal with. I have had nice experiences with the girls in the office and have not had any issues with bugs, but other than that there really are no positives. No way will I be renewing my lease again."

"I’ve been a resident here for almost 3 years now. I am only here because it is affordable for me and close to work. Other than that, there is no reason to live here. The current receptionist is more concerned with her lunch breaks and luncheons instead of addressing resident issues. This complex had only one redeeming quality, Lerone. He has since quit due to a change in management. Our apartment has had mildew issues since we first arrived, and shoddy work was done for the carpeting and flooring. More than likely by the lowest bidder in an effort to flip the apartments faster. Maintenance requests are not a priority and I cannot wait to move out. Oh by the way, the trash compactor is almost always overflowing. This property is only concerned with profits. We have mildew on our windows because they are old, single pane windows that are poorly sealed and we were told they wouldn’t be fixed due to the cost. BE WARY OF THE BRYCE"

"Moved in at the end of February. My first impression was amazing, I was moving to Charlotte from 500 miles away and the leasing agent Diamond helped me so much with figuring out which apartment would be best for me and setting up a time to visit during the only weekend I could come look before the move. After my first tour I was super confident with my decision and even after a few rough patches, it is a good apartment overall. This was my first time living in an apartment, so there was a bit of an adjustment period but Diamond has always stood out being super friendly and a huge help with everything I've had issues with since moving in. Amenities are great so far and the walking trail is really nice to have."

"Let me tell you something, Joseph Lewis is one hardworking man! I have seen him turn a mountain of trash into just a few bags. He works hard to make sure all of the trash in our neighborhood is cleaned up constantly! He is dedicated to his job and is very serious about maintaining the cleanliness of our community! Shout out to you Joe! I would also like to give a shout out to all of the fellas on the maintenance team! They are ALWAYS professional, timely and they get the job done! Emil, Nate and Ramon...salute! And to the BEST front office staff ever....Ms. Debbie, Lerone, James and Diamond, I salute you all. They have all helped my family and I in so many ways that I could never thank them enough for it all. They are all professional, caring and just all around great people. When I have had any issues within then, they always listen and respond quickly. I love staying at the Bryce."
