"This place sucks. I was here for two year. Prices are insane. The management team is terrible. Trash pick up, parking, and maintenance is a nightmare.. don't waste your time or money trying to live here."

"This has to be one of the nicest properties that I have visited. The trash area is always clean and the debris free. The hallways are well lit and free from clutter. Parking seems to be abundant. The facility has aged well and looks just as good as it did five years ago. Although the community is on one of Charlotte's main streets, the community still feels quite quaint and secluded. The trees and the grounds have been maintained and add a bit of distinction to the community's decorum. It's one of my top five communities that I have been considering for my next planned move."

"Unfair and Random charges which doesn’t makes sense added to your account on top of based rent! They are unorganized and asked us to submit a pet application multiple times after completing it prior to move and again once moved in. Charged a 750 fee for a registered ESA animal. Windsor took over for old management company and it’s been an even worse experience since. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. Left my apt door and garage open after doin unscheduled maintenance on my garage door leaving my apt vulnerable to theft ! Not a good experience wouldn’t recommend. Seems as though they don’t have a full understanding of there leasing policies and procedures!! Paying 2400 a month definitely not worth it !! Plus they charge to spray for the water bugs monthly however they don’t spray unless requested even though they charge you monthly for it. They also charge for valet trash weather you use services or not and the dumpsters are always over flown and filled with rodents ! Terrible experience"

"Please be aware!! I’m a former tenant of Addison park apt. I turned in my keys after making sure anything was clean. 3 weeks after I moved out I was sent a bill for $680 for damages, I left the apartment in perfect condition. After 2 weeks of calling trying to get answers I finally get ahold of someone, I was told my carpet had to be replaced because of wear an tear plus lite cleaning needed to be done lies. I only lived there for 2 years just me! I was informed they don’t do move out inspections with the tenant I never heard that before, but they can send me a bill for $680. The rent office is always closed with a sign on the door saying we out showing apartments which 90 percent of the time it was a lie. I’m in a battle trying to fight these unfair charges. Get everything in writing, MAKE YOUR YOUR PRESENT WHEN INSPECTIONS ARE DONE. This place is a Scam..save you time and money I would not refer anyone to this place to rent a apartment."

"I’ve been staying at this complex for 3years. In the beginning, I had no complaints on living here. Now my outlook is different. The package room is a mess!! I’ve had an incident of my package missing for days. Someone took my package and looked through the clothes I bought. A week later my new clothes were in a grocery bag with a note “Sorry opened wrong package”. My shirts weren’t in its original package and my order receipt was missing from the original package. Now I have to send my mail to another address because this complex can’t be trusted!!! My biggest issue here is parking! THIS COMPLEX DOES NOT WANT YOU TO HAVE COMPANY. When I first started living here parking was not an issue, until last year 2021 they enforced parking passes/visitor parking. There is only 3 visitor spots in front of 2 buildings I stay in. Which is horrible because they boot cars faithfully! I had company come over yesterday morning around 9am then around 11am he got a boot on his car for not parking in a visitor spot. Keep in mind we only have 3 visitor spots in front of 2 buildings. I had no clue that they boot cars in the morning/afternoon, if that’s the case they should notice us or enforce signs outside. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, most complexes tow/boot cars at night but here at Addison Park they will boot cars 24hrs all day long with little to none visitor spaces!!"
