"I have been a resident at Mulberry Senior living apartments for approximately six and a half months and from the onset of my reside in here the manager has harrassed me and threatened me on three separate occasions she's very unprofessional rude and arrogant and I was referred here by the Charlotte VA housing authority I will not recommend this apartment to anyone because customer service is terrible she's also threatening to ban me from the use of the common area in the building I will not recommend.After receiving a response to my review. I was hoping things would improve boy was i mistaken things actually became worse. The property manager issued a letter to all residents concerning resident parking so I went to the property manager concerning eligibility to receive a parking sticker for my vechicle i was told that she was busy and did not have time to respond to my silly enquiries and should have taken the time to read the letter I felt so disregarded and belittled and totally disrespected I can not wait to terminate my lease in November and if I would not be penalized for breaking my lease I would leave tomorrow. I seriously regret ever moving here. Dealing with her is regretting going to a job where your boss is a racist who only purpose in life is to make your job miserable. I try to avoid her every day and do not venture outside of apartment until I am sure she is off duty in fear of running into her in the lobby she is definately unapproachable. Senior living really yeah right more like a nursing home with no right or compassion my worse nightmare. November I am out of here for sure. They referred me to the person I am trying to avoid , seriously !!!!! Today I received a letter that stated my lease expires on the 30th of October because I said she was"nt doing a good job so I contacted a lawyer to see what my rights is as a tenant, I would not surprised if she does"nt try to have me locked up on a bogus charge. This is total harassment. What would she do next ????"

"I have a friend who lost their mother and was not allowed to go into the apartment to get her things her apartment was locked 3 days after her death. This is why you need to be careful where you let ur loved one live.."

"Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! I tried calling to have an application emailed to me for my father. The leasing agent took all of my information and told me about the sister properties BUT never emailed me anything. I called back to see if the email address was taken incorrectly but just keep getting the voicemail for 3 days! Yes, I left a message but NO ONE ever called me back. I called the corporate office and the same thing…left my information with someone and still NEVER received an application. If this is any indication on how they provide customer service and handle residents this would NOT be a good place for your parents or any senior for that matter. They are very unprofessional and they lack simple customer service skills. Don’t spend your money here AT ALL!"

"Clean well maintained. Rebecca the former apartment manager was simply wonderful and a delightful to deal with. She has since moved on to another property. Mr James the Maintanace Man is also great."
