The Weathersby at Station Circle Apartments

"Please beware of your cars before moving out here. I had a catalytic converter stolen off of my car back in October 2023, after having two other converters stolen each year since 2021. My new car was towed for 'illegal parking' even though we were not warned like they usually do by putting an orange sticker on the window.This is unacceptable from an apartment complex that we pay so much money to stay at."

"As I am reading through the reviews, I am PLEASED to be a resident here at The Weathersby. It is 8pm, my apartment is quiet...but if it wasn't, that's called "apartment living." It's so crazy to see folks complaining about noise, strangers in the parking lot, cars broken into, having to wait for a repair. Do you understand that when parts are ordered for repairs, the property is at the mercy of the supplier? Do you understand that the Manager and Team cannot patrol the property 24/7 to ensure "strangers" don't climb the gate and roam the parking lot? Do you not understand that if your tags expired 26 months ago, your car will be subject to towing? Do you not understand that IIIIIIIFFFFFFFF you do not pay your debt, you will be sent to collections? Most folks don't read their lease...MOST FOLKS DON'T READ THEIR LEASE...If you don't read your lease, please don't be mad at Management and write an awful review. My sister moved here almost 4 years ago, and I always loved the property's landscaping. We moved here so we could be zoned for MC High. No disappointments at all. Maintenace repairs our requests withing 24 hrs. Never had to wait longer than a day, but if we did, such is life. When trash piles up, 9 times out of 10 it's because residents do not put their trash in the compactor and press the button. They place it outside for maintenance to discard. Let's be honest, the size, location, and onsite team here are superb. Erica is a team leader and holds it down. Riff raff is everywhere. Let's work together to watch our neighborhood against riff raff and stop expecting the Management Team to double as The Avengers!"

"Sad to say I’ve been reaching out by email and phone to set up a tour of this complex for over a week and unfortunately, no one ever answer the phone or respond back to emails . I have to definitely pass because if no one can answer for a potential client imagine what the tenant goes through when they actually need assistance. GOOD LUCK !"

Any question I had he didn’t hesitate to answered and always had smile on his face. Great place to live great location near plenty of shopping and restaurants. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
