"Apartments are new, but you can tell it was a rush job ie. measurements on walls and cabinets are slightly off, paint job, and plumbing. Elevator has been out for 2 months- there are 4 floors- management does communicate or have an answer when the elevators in all buildings will be operational."

"Would rate it zero if I could. The place has a 3.3 star rating out of 10 reviews, that should say enough. Good luck ever talking to anyone in the front office, and if ya get to, good luck getting any real answers besides “looking into it”. Half of the amenities don’t exist so don’t come here for those! You’ll pay the same amount here as you will in uptown and it’s a 30 minute drive to the city (with the amount of absurd traffic this area gets, don’t think it’s less noisy!) . The entire place smells like weed almost 24/7. Within the first year of the place being built, my unit alone had two water leaks to where they had to cut out the ceiling for repairs. Also airplane traffic gets very noisy, not really an issue bc if your moving close to the airport it’s expected but be aware! Just another apartment complex trying to gouge ya on price, filled with employees who don’t really care."

"Really nice apartments. Nice staff. Elaine was always very sweet. However, they are not very good with communication whatsoever. I had to contact them literally every step of the way to find out what was going on with my application. If I was even able to get someone on the phone or to call me back. I wouldn’t recommend applying unless you’re certain that your credit screening is decent because you don’t get your admin deposit back. I decided to go with another apartment in the area because they cancelled my application, without notifying me."

"Me and my husband never had a bad experience with the leasing agents nor have we ever had poor customer service (so far) so I’m not sure why people say they’re racist when it’s a diverse community. Elaine was very nice. I only have a few concerns is why I gave only 4 stars. It’ll be nice if the sidewalks was pressure washed, the elevator flooring to be periodically clean and the breezeway walkway painted because residents would like to welcome their guests to an entrance that’s well kept. To add for the price we just want the community and landscaping to look nice. (Well at least some of us)."
