Bradham Apartments

"The management of this building is abhorrent. Be prepared to wake up at 5:30 in the morning on a Wednesday for a fire alarm. They nickle and dime you for a bike storage to park even 1 car. The gym has a horrible smell that's there by choice. You can't get your packages if they require a signature or if they are left in the mailroom and you want them late at night."

"Lived here for 2 years (June 2021- June 2023) and absolutely loved my time at Bradham. My room and neighbors were fantastic. While every building in this price point offers a lot of similar, great, amenities (pool, valet trash, great internet options, dog park, grills, gym, etc.), I’d say Bradham differentiates on service. The front desk staff is always incredibly nice and helpful, all service / maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, the property is always flawlessly clean, and Dion & the rest of the landscaping staff keep the property looking fantastic week-in-week-out. Management seems to be always looking for improving the space for residents (example: adding pelotons to the gym). Highly recommend this apartment for your next move!"

"It is honestly like living in a hotel, while at the endish of south end, it does have a Harris teeter (across the street) and the light rail is just outside. The pool is a bit small, but the gym is one of the best I have seen. Safety is good as you need your key fob for every entrance and cameras are in public areas. The leasing staff very helpful even to a bougie New Yorker like myself. I will say check the unit you rent certain units are further from freight, which make it (fun) when moving. The floors are thin and you can hear people walking. I will have to wear headphones for my Saturday morning cleaning music. Lots of construction and a blvd is on one side. I would hope they build more shopping in the area to support all the expansion."

"My experience a Bradham Apartments has been nothing short of STELLAR so far! I've been living here for a few months and the community is simply amazing. The grounds and amenities are upkept and maintained daily, communication from the leasing office is superb and we're always kept up to date when there's scheduled maintenance in your apartment or around the building, there's always events for building residents each month, and I can't leave a review without shouting out the maintenance crew! Whenever I submit a service request it's responded to immediately and literally within minutes. Thank you to T, Edgar and Deon for always being on call and helping me out. I feel super safe at Bradham and we have an onsite security guard who patrols the grounds. 10/10 recommend living here."

"I’ve lived at Bradham the past 6 months, it’s been the absolute best experience. I can promise you there isn’t a better apartment complex in Charlotte. Bradham is everything you could possibly want. I’ve made so many friends through the community events and the dog park. The leasing office staff is so accommodating and caring. Big shout out to Mallory, Katie, Dennis and Josh! The complex is clean, modern, and well kept. You can’t beat the location right on a light rail stop, and the retail space downstairs is super convenient. 10/10 wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!"
