"The rooms are spacious and allow a lot of natural light in. The price is higher than the other apartments in the vicinity, but it is right next to the yellow line, and the building looked better maintained compared to the others. Although we ultimately ended up leasing somewhere else, I do want to give a shoutout to the staff at Elizabeth Square. They went above to accommodate us. Blake, Iman, and Marie were fully transparent and professional."

"Wonderful place to call home. Very friendly staff, in particular Iman, always helpful and polite. The best maintenance department, in particular - gentleman on charge - Michael, who is always accommodating, friendly, hard working and very capable."

"Horrible experience living in this property. The garage was always having issues with the gate. Property grounds were filthy, felt like a glorified fraternity every weekend. Very poor management with high turnover never addressed issues correctly or completely. Moveout process was not comprehensive and months after the move-out I received several back charges which were inaccurate and not according to leasing agreement. I would avoid this property and any Greystar property at all cost if possible."

"Elizabeth Square is a great community. Great walkability and the pool does not get too overcrowded. The office puts on events consistently and it been a pleasant place to live."

"As a 33-year-old woman that's never owned because #millennialproblems, I've lived in my fair share of apartments, and Elizabeth Square is simply the very best. The staff genuinely care about their tenants and it shows. They are respectful, kind, prompt, and extremely thorough. The apartment itself is also beautiful and perfectly located. Our ceilings are 16-feet tall (!), and we can step outside our door and right onto the streetcar to go to Charlotte FC, Panthers, Hornets, and Knights games. There's so much in walking distance too, and Elizabeth Square has done so much to build community with local businesses through community programming for residents. Anyway, I really can't say enough great things about Elizabeth Square! Thanks especially to the incredible staff (the Kellys, Jenn, Ashley, and the amazing maintenance team!) for making our experience the past year so wonderful -- we are excited to renew!"
