"The apartment & community is a dream. We have lived in multiple states and areas but by far our favorite! We got so lucky finding this community on accident. After looking at apartments in Charlotte for months, we came across a 2-bedroom apartment at 525 cheaper than what a 1 bedroom down the road costs. The hallways are regularly cleaned and every time guests come over, they constantly remark about how nice it is. The apartment itself is beautiful and QUIET. We both work from home and have never had any interruption. The area is incredible. We are walking distance to so many fun things, but far enough out that we still get peace and quiet when we're outside on the balcony. My favorite feature has to be the old church next door where you can hear the bells - SO PEACEFUL. Extremely dog friendly & the neighbors actually clean up after their pets! Overall, this apartment is a place we plan on staying for many years and is the definition of home. The only con I can think of is the mail situation."
"I really enjoy this building. The location is amazing. You feel like you live in a charming neighborhood but have the walkability to Southend. The management team is not on-site but are always responsive via email. The floorplans are spacious and feel premium. Garage parking is nice and there is plenty of street parking for guests."
"We've lived here for about a year and a half and are very happy. The location is fantastic - very walkable to grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. The covered garage parking is perfect to keep the elements off your car and keep it out of the hot sun in the summer. The management company and maintenance staff are very responsive and easy to deal with. Very pet friendly building! The apartments themselves are very spacious and have nice fixtures. I had to knock it down to 4 stars because for a newer building, the sound proofing between floors leaves something to be desired. You do hear your upstairs neighbors walking around. Overall, we do love the building!"
