"It’s a shame after all these years this apartment is still having issues with the property manager(Charmon) when will it be enough that hud and everyone else see that the issues are not resolved and that she needs to be replaced so the tenants can be relieved of stress and having to take time out of work for the mistakes they’re making causing tenants to either having to moved or be evicted..Tenants has the rights to be heard and now is the time to break the cycle of not getting the things as tenants needs to be done…The attitude that she has towards her tenants are very unacceptable and unprofessional…She thinks that her job is to sit in the office and collect rent negative…I just moved here in 2021 and I have had the most stressful living experience I ever had…Numerous inspections and nothing gets fix…My floors are sinking and the manager is aware of it..This isn’t the living I expected for me and my family to wanna go through..I’m asking all the tenants if y’all having any issues for all of us to come together as one to get this thing resolved…"
"The management is rude and disrespectful. Just because we live in lower income housing we should not be treated like we are animals. The manager (Charmin) is the worst. She argues with everyone no matter how nice you are to her. The renovations are shoddy. Floors coming up, walls and doors are cracking or falling off the hinges. The HVAC doesn't work properly. I have to call almost week for maintenance because there is no hot water. Charmin's husband and his crew moved us from one unit to another destroying my furniture and no restitution for it. It's a shame the way lower income people are treated. The only ones that are half respected are the ones that attend Charmin's church. She is very hostile and mean."
"Very unprofessional Leasing agent She’s very disrespectful and argumentative, rushed renovations holes in the walls look like the work crew just threw paint on top of the old paint, when asked for corporate number she refused. Very money hungry. Apartments look ok on the outside the inside job is HORRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would."
"This is sad! The residents need to continue to document everything! HUD should intervene and take the funding away! The residents have enough to file a lawsuit against the owners and management! The mold is enough to shut down the place. Involve the health department and BBB for sure. Look into the Fairhouding laws and your states landlord tenant act because I am sure that they are in violation! More importantly the resident should go get a letter notarized in forming the management that they have two weeks to fix the issues and take it down to the post office and have it sent out by certified mail in order to protect themselves from the eviction. The management is just trying to bully the resident and that will not be tolerated as long as the resident does what she needs to do by putting everything in writing and sending certified letters as proof that you have contacted the office in every way and keep the picture showing that nothing was done."
"Fix the mold and mildew issues. There is no excuse to allow water leaks go unrepaired. I hope these residents file a class action lawsuit against the management staff and owners. HUD needs to intervene and take away all housing funding from this property and shut down the owners from ever operating under any licensing to receive HUD payments, indefinitely. Slumlords who take advantage of the system and those who don't realize they have tenant rights that are being violated. City of Charlotte needs to do something ASAP."
