"The heavy set last was very rude to my child. As I walked off I heard her make a racial slur and I will be reporting it. This was around 11:39 am on Nov 28 I explained that I would be reporting her and her response was she’s head leasing agent as if she would not be held accountable."
"I’ve been living at Camden Cotton Mills for the past few months. My experience with service requests and other things have been great. The staff is very helpful and helpful. They’re very friendly and respectful."
"It’s been about a month since I moved in and it’s definitely been a huge transition but Hannah and Whitney have been godsends. They genuinely made my move in process so much easier by consistently answering all my requests and questions with enthusiasm. I love the apartment but I would recommend this place just solely on Whitney and Hannah."
"Camden relies so heavily on a digital key fob. While that may seem great at first as everyone keeps their phones on them these days, you can’t use a physical key fob to get your car inside the parking garage when the system is down. The garage doors are broken so often that instead of keeping your car safe, you’re more often locked out. Risking getting an unnecessary parking ticket - or worse, getting towed. There also sure is nothing like being a small girl locked out of the building at 1am completely defenseless in the middle of the city. The elevators often break down as well, you constantly have to have your foot out the door to check that you won’t get trapped. My worst nightmare. There is only a physical key fob override for a few select doors, but that doesn’t help when you have no access to those doors in the first place if they are behind the same security gate. I recommend finding an apartment complex that listens to the regular complaints of its residents and tries to fix the actual issues instead of spending however much money doing a poor paint job and half a month’s rent of tile (at best) on a garage entrance to the elevator."
"Lived at the cotton mills for 16 months and loved it. The apartment unit itself was amazing as far as design. Pretty quiet community and always had friendly encounters with other residents. There was nothing better than chilling by the pool on the weekends and getting a scenic view of the city. Also, always had pleasant experiences with the property staff and always felt taken care of. Maintenance team was also always great and friendly. Definitely recommend living here if you are considering the cotton mills as a new place to live."
