"I've been a resident for a least 4 years now. The management has changed maybe twice. However the current property manager (Karla) has been here for the pat 2 years...she's the most diligent individual for the job. Although covid has changed things up a bit, the upkeep and needs of the residents and property has remained on point. I think I'll stay here for a long while :)."

Looks like when reading these reviews, nothing has changed. Whoever owns or manages this property need to manage it better and get some sense."

"UPDATE..... How long is the waiting list? I've been on the waiting list for going on a year now. Now I see the reviews, and it's mostly due to lack of communication. Seems to be a good place to live if you can ever get up with anyone. *********************** It looks like this may be the quickest way to get a response. I put in an application 2 months ago and still waiting to hear back. I too have heard that this is a good place to stay. Its just hard to reach anyone. Either there's no answer or the mailbox is full...which that is the case today."

"I shouldn't even give it one star. I have called multiple times just to simply find out information about if there were any available two bedroom units and no one answered. I stopped by wednesday around 3pm after I got off work and no one was there. Another woman told me the lady was out of the office and busy doing meetings and she would be back friday. So far the staff seems to be highly unprofessional. The office hours said 9-5pm. Why is the office locked and closed?? There was also no note posted on the door or even a voicemail to let future prospective renters know. Highly unprifessional I was only interested because the apartment prices seemed very affordable."
