"So far so good 3stars it is very quiet for the moment they give you a parking ticket to be able to park I like the area and shopping is near only thing I don't like is how they park on the street cars hanging all out barely can get out other than that so far so good will add more stars later 12/28 /23 I have been here since October I told you I will repost well this morning I woke up and find that my car was stolen do not like this other cars have been stolen also and this will interrupt your whole schedule the people in the office is nice other than that New Year's Day I have to add to this because ever since my car been stolen I cannot sleep I got a rental and I'm up barely getting any sleep and I cannot live like this and this is very stressful I am so ready to move now"

"Nasty apartment complex. Staff are disrespectful and unprofessional. They illegally moved my friends personal belongings out her apartment. Without notice or eviction! I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone! It’s disgusting to do another human the way they do. Personal belongings that can’t be replaced ."

"Been here a month so far and it was going well in the beginning but I just had my car broken into last night and that kind of changed things for me (my car hasn’t been the only one). I know parking on the street puts it up for grabs and that’s what I have to work with right now but it still sucks. It’s a nice apartment complex with friendly people but the area around it isn’t the best. that’s just the truth. Stay aware!"

"In my 12 years living in Charlotte I have never had such a horrible experience with these apartments. I have felt a lot of discrimination from the 2 ladys who are in charge of the reception. Especially the lady who is always there at the reception, she is very rude. They made me apply twice, they made me lose time, days of work, etc. horrible experience. They told lies that my account has been frozen in transunion (the first time they have told me this in my life) even so I spoke to transunion, they said that it has never been frozen and that they had not even checked. Also this place seems very unsafe, I heard that some people's cars were stolen so thanks for nothing."

"My sister just moved in and someone stole her car this morning. Someone else car was broken into as well and Apparently this is something that’s been going on since the opening of the apartments. The complex didn’t send out any communication regarding the break-in’s and thefts to inform the residents and/or warn them to be on the look out."
