"It’s insane that I use to manage this site and it has gone to HELL! My own nephew was held at gunpoint and robbed on the way home by another resident WHO LIVES IN THE SAME DAMN COMPLEX in the middle of the day. I cannot trust that he will make the 3 minute walk from school! The worse part of this whole thing is we cannot even get ahold of Porsche, the new manager. Not accounting for tenants who have found me on social media and expressed their complaints of shootings, fights, stolen vehicles/ break ins (not to mention the one my family experienced), loitering, selling drugs in the parking lots, bullets going through apartment windows and the overall lack of communication! I am appalled what this beautiful site has turned into over the last few months. Something needs to be done before it this site turns into a freaking war zone! How careless of the staff to not prioritize basic safety within a community. I would love to speak to someone ASAP! Considering I use to work for Pedcor Management I am certain you all still have my contact information! I am absolutely disgusted!"

"Hi, was one of the first to move in. I have been constantly Harassed, discriminated against and was retaliated against by management because I voiced my concerns about being harrassed, discriminated by Nationality, RACE and Religion, and and sex. The staff then for retaliated against me for filing a complaint. Which is well within my rights. The Female management at Springbrook discriminate against women and children constantly and myself personally . They intentionally offer amenities to some and not all. They have lied beyond belief and now the fair market rate rent is rising. I have taken the liberty to file Fair Housing Complaints, asking and that they look into the funding sources and see if they are meeting the required recommendations for adjustments and not raising rents to offset their costs. From the complaints and reviews these practices seems to be well incorporated across PEDCOR properties. The get you in to fill their quota raise rent higher and then the very people they were to assist are homeless. I have seen it first hand. These are ongoing practices by PEDCOR Investments. Their mission statements DO NOT ADD UP TO WHAT IS GOING ON AT SPRINGBROOK . I have taken the liberty to file a Fair Housing Complaint and i suggest that ANYONE who has encountered any harassments, discriminations and retaliation to file a Fair Housing Complaint with the City of Charlotte and the EEOC."

"The whole experience was terrible. After waiting for them to post when they were leasing. You had to wait outside for hours. Then a woman comes out and pass out numbers to anyone her eyes lays on. Not the people who had been outside waiting just random people walking up. Then when people start complaining she shouts that’s not my problem. Rude and nasty. Just because there is no application fee doesn’t give anyone the right to treat others this way. They need to do better"
