"i do not recommend you moving here , this year has been a very trivial year , from management to living situations. the leasing office is extremely hard to get in touch with , you have to call multiple times before you talk to anyone IF you get to talk to anyone , the parking situation they’ve recently implemented is ridiculous, there is barely any visitor parking , there are so many suspicious people at night it’s not even funny … security is a big thing for me , especially being a young woman , i don’t even feel comfortable going out or coming in at night without a buddy. & last but not least … living situations i’ve dealt with a noisy neighbor, i reached out to the office to get in touch with them multiple times to tell them they were loud & to keep it down & it seems as if nobody reached out to my upstairs neighbor, it got so bad i had to talk to them myself & i doubt the leasing office tried talking to them because they said they were unaware of how loud they were ,also at the time of move out we experienced mold because of the air condition within the unit … we pay so much for luxury just to experience mold , safety issues & bad management… so in shorter words .. do not move here ."

"My fiancé and I have been here for about 2 months now and we absolutely love living here. It is located in a very convenient spot here in Charlotte. Mariana was so helpful during our move in process. She was very thorough during our tours, answered all of our questions and even continued to be kind and personable after we moved in. "I concur with much of what has already been said. The parking isn’t great, the elevator is always broken and some the neighbors are iffy, but I disagree that the new management isn’t trying. My biggest issue is security. Every other door has a camera outside for security reasons and now I must do the same. I’ve had a package stolen from my front door and most recently a package of mine was stolen from the package room. This person was seen on camera leaving with my package and management knows who they are, yet nothing was done. I feel more & more violated by each incident."

She has been excellent with her service and her quick response to any questions or needs we may have. I appreciate her support and making this move such an ease. Also, Brandon (Maintenance) and the lead maintenance associate have been really quick to respond to needs and very helpful with questions I have. They're very courteous and nice when I see them on property."
