"First and foremost ima give this company a HUGEEEE THUMBS DOWN, They were aware of my situation IM LITEALLY getting ready to have a baby on bed rest, and through the mist of all that I have given EVERY piece of documentation requested they needed all these paystubs, multiple tax documents ect. just for them to DENY ME after A MONTH of waiting on a final decision, I really thought I had this property because it was taking so long, and now me and my soon to be NEW BORN BABY has to start all over , I should have applied somewhere different if I knew this was gonna end in a DENAIL, Its Extremely hurtful how individuals only care about NOTHING but themselves."

"They go through too many managers. Not too maintenance savvy. Not any problem where I stay. Rent goes up every year. Not good. Light Pole down since November. Car was broken into because of it."

"Do yourself a favor and ignore this place if you’re apartment hunting. Not only is the property constantly trashed because there is only one dumpster and the residents constantly litter, but the management is the most unprofessional team I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone or respond to emails, that is, unless you’ve called them about 8 consecutive times in a row. They changed management multiple times in the single year I lived here. They tried to send an outstanding balance to collections two entire months after I had moved out without giving me an online payment option. Seriously, do not waste your time on this place."

"Management is awful. Good luck ever getting any maintenance fix or leasing disputes done in a timely manner, they only care about you when you’re signing the lease. The lack of professionalism astonishes me. They wait until the very last day to get back to you and almost push you into having to pay late fees."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE. You see the reviews? They are all true so if you read them and still choose to live here the consequences will be heavy. This is by far the WORST place I have ever lived. Those "state-of-the-art amenities and upscale finishes" DO NOT exist. There is nothing upscale about this place, the comment is a joke. A comedy special. Let me put this into perspective for you. Our a.c./heat has not worked properly since we moved here a YEAR AGO. Now, we have found out it's because the entire thing is wired incorrectly. It's a mess and nobody can fix it. When we moved in a year ago our microwave did not even have a handle so that we could open it. It took them 3 months and me harassing them for us to finally get a microwave handle. It is absolutely DEPLORABLE that this place continues to lease apartments KNOWING they are not livable. DISGUSTING and EGREGIOUS. I could write a novel with all of the horrible things my boyfriend and I have experienced whilst living here. It is a crime and they need to be CONDEMNED."
