"Late giving a review but I want to say the entire staff was incredible during my lease!! I felt safe knowing the building is controlled secured access, the amenities were great!! Parking garage even had secured access. Valet trash! Trash chutes on all levels. Sound barrier in walls and flooring was outstanding!! I loved my stay here! Description on their website is accurate. It’s worth a visit to tour this complex!"

"I moved into The Edge in late January and am still loving every moment of living here! In fact, when I moved to Charlotte my boyfriend already had an apartment but we knew that when his lease was up he would definitely be moving in with me, not the other way around. Moving in was easy and seamless. The staff are super friendly and caring. I've never felt like a nuisance with all my questions. The staff has also attracted great tenants who are respectful. It's nice to have neighbors in the building. You can't beat the location and all the amenities that come with living at The Edge. Working from home here is the best! I can easily work in my apartment, one of many places throughout the apartment, or close by at local restaurants and coffee shops. There are may local parks close by and the rail trail is across the street when it's time to get out and go for a walk or run. Coming home to The Edge is everything I thought it would be when I dreamed of moving to Charlotte!"

"Highly recommend! I’ve lived in lots of places in south end and this was by far the best. Lived here for the last two years and only left to buy a home! The staff is amazing - I think my dog was heartbroken to leave them. The maintenance was always quick and thorough too. Most importantly, it felt safe. Neighbors weren’t obnoxious like partying all the time despite being what seemed like mostly people in their 20s/30s. I never ever felt unsafe once living there. It’s like Fort Knox anyways with the amount of security (which is great). Worth the $ for sure. And amazing walking location.. I can’t say enough good things :)"
