"My boyfriend and I decided to move to Avalon about 6 months ago. It seriously was the best decision. The location is perfect! The staff is amazing & the building is always clean! We are hoping to live here again next year!"

"Can I leave zero stars? I have to leave this comment solely for the RIDICULOUS parking offered at the Avalon. I have been living here for a year and a half and have paid near a months rent in towing fees for situations far out of my control. The lot is clearly NOT large enough to accommodate for the amount of car owner/tenants. I have been towed for parking “over the line” in a COMPACT SPACE due to a car being parked egregiously next to me (being the only spot options left in the entire lot, of course I had to park in a compact spot with a large car). This is one example of many. If you care about your car, I wouldn’t live here."

"I have lived in many different apartments, but this place has definitely been my favorite! The people who work at the hub are amazing. The location is also amazing. We are planning on living here again next year!!"
