"The maintenance service has been outstanding. Much appreciation for the apartment maintenance service/repairs, cleaning my apartment carpet, and major Apartment Building repairs. Thank you! The Avion Point Senior Apartment Property Management have been very nice me. KUDOS, Thank you, & Much Appreciation! With that said, I think some Improvements are needed in the following/Senior Property Management the following areas: 1. Improve availability in Management Office. (Lack of availability during rent time and in general. Also, they need to post a sign when not in the office/returns, lunch, meeting, training, etc) 2. Suggestion Program needs improvements. Communications/Feedback/Credit should be given to the Resident submitted suggestion. Alsio, Implement Residents Rewards Program, and blank suggestion forms/regular refills need to be accessible/available near suggestion box. Make the Suggestion Program more meaningful. Residents should get recognition for suggestion; not LSA MANAGEMENT! 3. Community Meetings Scheduling timing needs to be consistent. (To many meetings with no schedule/number of re-schedules/cancelations, no meetings in the past 2 months) 4. Avion Point Senior Apartment Management needs to create a Monthly News Bulletin to improve communications & relationships between Management/Senior Residents. 5. Also, Management needs to create more Senior Residents activities and be more involved. ACT LIKE YOU CARE! 6. Additionally, Management needs to add/beef-up Security to prevent less crime, theft, shootings, drug activity, 7. Management needs to be more respond quicker to maintenance request They should be responded to within a reasonable timely manner after residents submit on rentcafe application. 8. For safety reasons, The LSA Corporation/Management Team needs to put a large floor mat in the front door entrance/Senior Apartment to prevent a Senior Citizen from falling or having a serious accident during rainy, snowy, or bad weather day. Because, floor is very slippery and it could serious injury to a person. 9. LSA Management Team needs to create a monthly Residents Appreciation Program, serve snacks, nominate Resident of the Month regularly and post thier picture."

"We’re known as the baby boomers, but I’d rather say we’re that generation that’s “been there done that”. I can truly say I’m at a place of comfort and at peace. The staff here is above a 5 star rating! Carmen our resident mgr always find the time to engage us with small talks! She makes me feel like I matter, and that my concerns are hers, and they WILL be addressed in a timely fashion. The maintenance staff keeps this place as a showroom look, and handle all issues as a 911 call! Thanks for keeping us busy with all the activities and thanks for all the sweet treats.. yummy! You guys ROCK‼️❤️"
