"I have been living here for almost 7 months now and have only had a positive experience. The leasing office staff is the nicest, most helpful group of ladies you will ever meet. The maintenance team are quick with request and very friendly. The apartments are very nice and clean. Very rarely have I had problems with bugs/ roaches, almost never. Overall I’ve had an amazing experience and highly recommend."

"I've lived here for almost 3 years and not had any major issues. The office staff is awesome and maintenance is usually pretty quick and thorough. Buildings are older but newish facilities and updates make it feel nice and still worth the price due to the closeness to surrounding areas in CLT. Our unit also has a working fire place and I dont know any other apartments in CLT that have that perk."

We chose this location because of the peaceful atmosphere and all the mature trees in the complex. We’ve been here almost 5 months now and couldn’t be more pleased with our choice!! Whenever we’ve had a need, the staff has been quick to respond and remedy what was needed - always with a great attitude. The apt itself has been a joy to live in. The layout is great for us - We really do love it here!"
