"I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in had some issues in the beginning with me not getting my mail but it was an error on the post offices end. Cecilia the property manager is amazing and Jasmine is always a helping hand as well anytime I have questions about anything their on it right away."
"My wife and I have lived here for roughly 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say. We have both lived in several apartments/condos and this is the best management company I have worked with. The unit we live in is beautiful with great natural light, high ceilings and spotless upon move in. We have enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. Even practiced our “First Dance” in the yoga/dance studio. The new management company has done a great job of hosting some events and making it a fun community to live in. As with any community, shared items like grills/gym equipment and pool will have need for maintenance. This can be a bummer but it’s a normal part of communal living. Main point, the pros have significantly outweighed the small cons. The location is wonderful for those who want to be close to the city but not deal with the hustle and bustle of it. Cecilia, the apartment manager has been great to work with along with her staff. The maintenance team is timely and friendly. We recently gave notice to vacate due to a home purchase and were met with congratulations and helpfulness in the transition. In summary, this has been a top notch community with a staff who in our experience, care about making it a great place to live in."
"We just moved here and so far, it is great. We love how they keep the grounds up and clean. Lately, there has been word of car theft which I have not experienced yet. Also heard of other people getting their delivery packages stolen from their front door. Outside of that, we love our place. I read the other comments and I do hear some conversation from above and their dogs, but it is not loud and disturbing. Because I work from home, I need it quiet and have not had any issue with noise. We love the wooden floors in the common area, the kitchen is nice, the high ceilings are gold, lots of room, plenty of storage, Cat-6 ethernet to both bedrooms and living room, the complimentary WIFI is good (we got our own Internet because of the 1GB in / 50MB out connection with the fiber connection), free basic cable, and we feel comfortable here. Ideas: Adding smart technology compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Homekit, and Home Assistant. I can get my own smart lock, thermostat, and smart lights. I was told by maintenance, as long as I provide them with the key to the smart lock, it is okay I get my own. I will be replacing the thermostat that works with Home Assistant. In our previous place, we were within 10 blocks of a major store. Here, it is a little far. Something to get used to. The nearest train station is Tyvola Station and they do have a park-and-ride. No need to drive to Uptown (downtown) to get anywhere there. It is only $6 for 24-hour pass. Better than paying $20 for parking Uptown. The only other complaint, the gate does not always work. That thing needs to be looked at or replaced. Also, you cannot rent out space in the main office for parties or meetings. It would be nice if we could have baby showers, family gatherings, and other small events at a low cost for tenants. One extra thing: It will have to be built so this may not happen at all. A 120" 16:9 screen movie theater with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. It would be cool if we could simply go in there and watch movies and certain games. Since I used to live in a house, I am not able to play my Dolby Atmos surround sound like I used to. I would love to see a theater with comfortable reclining chairs and soundproofing walls. In all, I am satisfied. My wife and I are going to stay here for two years before we buy another house here. Until this, this is our home."
"The property was really promising in the beginning, I was so excited to move here. However recent reoccurring car thefts, including the theft and destruction of my own vehicle, have left me uncertain on how to move forward with my lease for next year. The new property management is doing what they can to transition here as peacefully as possible and I appreciate them for that, It is not an easy job managing a property with hundreds of tenants, especially when they are disgruntled from prior unresolved issues. Unlike some of these reviewers they have genuinely worked with me through tough issues, Especially Cecilia, Allyson, and Kelly, I absolutely adore them and they have made a lot of things easier for me while living here. However, I do wish the parent management company had more insight into these gate issues. Maybe then we would prioritize fixing the gate instead of remodeling the leasing office, I think it would make current tenants way happier and it would promote feelings of safety for new and current tenants."
"Lived here for two years. It was an amazing experience at first. New management staff is terrible. They don’t have any customer service. You walk in and everyone puts their head down. They pretend to take care of ongoing issues. Elevators are always broken. Weed smell is always present. And the walls are thin, so if you work from home or like to sleep, think twice before leasing. The community may look appealing however BEWARE! AND LEASE ELSEWHERE! Everyone is moving. That is why they have space for you. All of the good reviews are from tours and new applicants. Not current or previous residents, so they are not accurate. Update 9/11/23- Their response to my post my be automated because it’s been 3 months and corporate has yet to reach out to me about my concerns."
