"I had the pleasure of working with Maddy, she is such a gem. Me and my Mother visited Ansley Falls & she knew exactly what units to show us, she was very transparent & extremely helpful. When I reached out months later, she remembered me, she knew what units were avaliable that I would like based on our last visit & she accomadated every request. This company was very easy to work with & extremely friendly, I highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking to get away from the city, but still have a community. If you do apply, I suggest reaching out directly to Maddy- she will get the job done!"
"Both Tiffany and Maddy were fantastic. Tiffany knew the apartments well, was very professional and remembered key details if what I was looking for in an apartment. And when one became available a day or two later, she called and I was able to sign a lease a month earlier than I anticipated. I’m so grateful for her assistance, kindness, and professionalism. The way she managed was a big factor in my choice. Ansley Falls is fortunate to have her on the team."
"Moved to Ansley Falls at the beginning of December 2024. First, I was greeted by Swan, who was lovely, professional, kind, and extremely helpful. The apartments at Ansley Falls are very large with a quaint, beautiful, homey feeling. They are offered at a great price, too, for the size and Charlotte area location. Tiffany, the property manager, has been such a pleasure, as well. Responses from the office are prompt, polite, and professional. Everyone in the office, from management to maintenance, has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. Ansley Falls is a gated community and is in a convenient location - in between uptown Charlotte and Pineville. My work commute to uptown has now decreased to only 20 minutes, from the hour (or longer) it took before moving here. Highly recommend Ansley Falls for anyone looking for a spacious, lovely, engaging, gated community in South Charlotte near I-77. Management really is the key to any successful community and here at Ansley Falls, they are doing a top notch job! Couldn’t be happier."
"Keep in mind, I had many problems living in this complex and I couldn’t wait to the end of my lease. My move out date was July 27th and we had until 6:00 pm to turn in the keys. We had been cleaning and moving our things out the previous days and had at least 2-3 more carfuls of things to take out. When me and my husband showed up around lunchtime, we found our personal items, food and other things like, my husband's framed college diplomas as well as a framed picture of his parents, all in bags of trash outside the door. Also, passport pictures we had just taken for around $200 were in one of the trash bags and wet and are now unusable. The apartment door was slightly opened and no one was in there but you could tell that a cleaning crew had started to clean. It appeared that things they were going to take were stacked neatly inside while the things not going to be taken were thrown out with the trash. Also, all the clothing left there was already gone. We went to the office but it was closed and then we called the police to file a report. Shortly thereafter, two cleaning women came in. They said the front office told them to clean our apartment and gave them access. Later we went back to the office and we were able to speak to a young woman who checked on the schedule and saw that they were not supposed to clean my apartment that day. She also said she would try to contact the cleaning company to ask about the missing items. Couple days later I texted the Manager inquiring about our stuff and said I thought she would call me per my conversation with the young lady in the office. She texted back saying she knew about the situation but did not know she was supposed to contact me. Do I have to ask what manager would not contact a tenant immediately, even an outgoing one, when things were taken and ruined from a person's home and the complex was ultimately responsible. That is just basic business and common courtesy. We were then told the cleaning ladies returned everything and we could come get our stuff, so we did, but I noticed immediately missing items. So, we told the young woman we would go over the cost of the food in the refrigerator as well as the things that were not returned and the items that were destroyed and send them an estimate to be reimbursed. This is only fair, which the police officer agreed with when he came out. I have not tried to be difficult but want to be reimbursed for those items. I texted the manager and she said the owners would contact me, which they never did. The manager then texted me stating that I had final utility bills that I needed to pay by a certain date which I did. However, three months after moving out, I still have not heard from anyone about it. I am asking to be compensated for things that were taken or destroyed and not for all the time, anxiety, stress and headache this has caused in my life. However, if I have to take this further and waste more time and money, I won't be as reasonable."
"I like this apartment. It's a good location and a beautiful complex. Yes, sometimes there are problems, but they are quickly resolved"
