"My dad has lived in Cardinal Pointe for 6 years without any problems. My dad was sick, and the manager at Cardinal Pointe forced my dad out and wouldn't redo his leases. The manager is not honest. She will tells you one thing and do the opposite of what she says....You have alot of noisy neighbors that tell lies all the time and tell your busy to the front office keeping up mess....Carinal Pointe was a nice place until the new manager came.... Please BEWARE OF Cardinal Pointe. ....God bless..."

"My experience at Cardinal Pointe was very pleasant. The property was well-maintained, quiet, and clean. I especially liked the layout of our two bedroom unit. It was spacious and the carpet was clean/new. (A "pet peeve" of mine). The manager, Martie Jackson, was accommodating and helpful. My husband and I had one incident with our neighbors (white couple) to which Martie enforced the rules of the property immediately and without incident. We would highly recommend."
