"Broken dishwasher. My dishes molded because it doesn't dry them. Reported 3 times. They didn't do anything. Leaking ceiling that was reported twice. They didn't do anything the first time. Now there's a brown stain on the ceiling. My car along with a bunch of other people's cars got broken into. There's always poop from people not cleaning up after their dogs. The gym equipment is broken... But the people in the office are nice and the pool is nice. I like the location too."

"I moved to The Palmer the end of September '22 and it has been the best decision! Dana C. showed me different options, pricing, and took the time to walk me thru application process. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, people here are so friendly and respectful (neighbors) and they often walk their dogs and we chat when I'm out in the balcony! I have an amazing view from the 2nd floor and enjoy the sunsets, and the light coming into the apt in the evenings, making my plants thrive! The pool is awesome along with the gym and many other amenities."
