"Don't waste your time or money. This property is a prime example of "build something fast and fill it up quick to turn a profit". I have been more than patient with my course of action while management works to figure out why my son's bedroom (i.e., guest bedroom) floods every time it rains, and yet I still have not received a concise answer in what the issue is. My hypothesis: poor foundation and inadequate construction. I've been living a nightmare since May 2023 (which is when I first reported the flooding incident), and was then told by maintenance to turn on the ceiling fan to let the water "dry". Subsequently, mold and mildew appeared in my son's room. Atlas, I thought management fixed the problem in October 2023...only for his room to flood AGAIN in January 2024. I pay way too much money to live in a place where my son has to sleep in the living room (when he clearly has a room) and/or I have to readjust my plans because of an issue that still has not been properly communicated to me. This is an environmental safety concern. A public health concern even. Writing a Google review was literally my last resort. It's been a full week since an external vendor has came in to install high-powered fans to dry the standing water, and unfortunately I haven't heard back from anyone regarding the status of my home or my son's room. This is concerning (and disheartening considering that this was supposed to be a major upgrade from my last residence). I gave two stars because the floorpans are unique and spacious, and the overall community is quiet and well kept. However, people need to know exactly what they're getting into before moving to a Redwood property. I will no longer remain silent. In other words, I got time today."

"Redwood is NOTHING like I thought it would be. The 3 stars is solely representation of the location only. The location is convenient to many shopping and entertainment options. As far as the community I think my expectations were high, due to it being a newly built property. Which is a mistake I won't make again. This community is better suited for temporary housing or corporate housing, prior to moving to your forever home or long term rental community in the area."

"We moved to Charlotte two years ago. This was a place we considered in our initial move to Charlotte, but never went to tour. However, now we are looking to move again, and we were in the area nearby and scheduled a self tour. When we arrived the code to enter the apartment did not work. I also tried calling the customer service line twice and no one answered. Unfortunately, we did not get to see the inside of the property, but the layout of the property was surprising - in a bad way. This is just not the property for us"
